| 1. Listing of all members from each barangay with their corresponding addresses, contact numbers both for the migrant/ OFW abroad and the families left behind. 2. Development of a data base of all the OFW/ Migrants and their families in the parish, vicariate and archdiocesan level. 3. Annual Membership fee of $5.00 or its peso or other currency equivalent for each OFW member. The family left behind will no longer be required to pay a second time. (They can however pay for their family’s OFW or migrant Batangueño.) Funds that will be raised will be used to augment the expenses of the commission.
NOTE: Recent developments resulted in the removal of the membership fee in lieu of a new scheme being formulated with our partners. Membership fee payment will no longer be collected from new membership applicants. 4. Providing identification cards to all members. An ID for the one working abroad and another ID for the dependent Family members will be provided. This will give them access to many program benefits and eventually discounts to many business establishments including communications, real estate and malls. 5. This listing will not be given to anybody or any company who would want to gain access to our data base. We need to protect the members and the program.  Return to main Program and Plan of Actions
