PROGRAM AND PLAN OF ACTIONS

A.  PASAMPA:

1.  PILOT or MODEL Parishes in each vicariate – There is a need to establish model parishes of this organization in every vicariate which can be duplicated and imitated in different parishes. This will be in terms of direction, organization, programming, leadership, activities, etc. We identify possible model parishes:

a.      Vicariate I – Balayan, Nasugbu, Calaca

b.      Vicariate II – Cuenca, San Nicolas, Agoncillo

c.      Vicariate III – Batangas City, Ilijan, Sta. Rita, Lobo

d.      Vicariate IV – San Jose, San Juan

e.      Vicariate V – Lipa City, Talisay

f.       Vicariate VI – Sta. Clara, Talisay

g.     Vicariate VII – Mabini, Bolo, Bayanan, Aplaya, Bauan, San Pascual

2.  Each parish regardless of being potential models or not, must find at least two young leaders in each barangay or sitio or tuklong area. They should be a family member of a migrant Batangueño – sibling, parent, husband or wife or son or daughter. They will undergo training and formation seminar first in the parish level to be able to reach out to other migrants and their families in their areas. As much as possible they should not be tuklong leaders or head of any parish, vicariate or archdiocesan organization.

3.  These representatives from each barangay, tuklong or sitio will undergo formation and training to lead, organize and direct the migrant families in the areas where they come from.

 4.  Within this year till our next celebration of the National Migrants Sunday, each parish must already have conducted a PASAMPA day for members gathered from each barangay.
