We seek your help ...Letter to Filipino Community Leaders outside the Philippines

Dear Delegate Chaplains:

May the peace of Christ always reign in your heart!

The Lipa Archdiocesan Commission on Migrants and Mission (LACMMI) with the paternal support of our Archbishop Ramon C. Arguelles, D.D., endeavors to reach out to all Batangueño migrants and their families in order to promote our pastoral care program for them.

We try our best to organize here in our Archdiocese the families left behind but we have difficulty reaching out to them while they are working abroad. We desire that they come to know all about our pastoral care program for migrants and their families. For this reason we wish to ask and solicit your help and support to make them aware of our program.

If it would not give you much inconvenience, we request the following from you:

Please introduce our website: www.archlipa.org/commission/lacmmi to all Batangueños in your city or country of chaplaincy. Note: Our website is open to all Filipinos and not only for Batangueños.

Kindly send us name or names of contact person or persons, or organizations of Batanguenñs and we will gladly communicate to them.  Or they can communicate to us through our website.

If possible kindly post our programs, website and contact numbers in your parish or chaplaincy bulletin board.

We all work for the evangelization of people. When we evangelize our migrants and their families, we prepare them to be evangelizers themselves wherever they go or work here or abroad. Our collaboration with you will help us towards attaining our vision, mission and objectives in caring for and evangelizing our Filipino migrants.

In advance, we sincerely express our gratitude for helping us out in our ministry to migrants in our archdiocese. We attach herewith our pastoral care program for migrants and their families.

May God accompany you always in your ministry!

Sincerely in Christ,

Fr. Joselin (Jojo) C. Gonda
Director
